I’m making a game called School Breakout. It’s a WIP. The game already has 19 levels. You play with a pencil and the eraser is the ball. There is music , sounds , powerups , etc. Here you can download the latest version of the game.

The theme for this competition is Summer. Start thinking!
Deadline
The deadline is from the 11th of August 2009 16:00 GMT+1 to the 11th of October 2009 16:00 GMT+1 which gives you two months to make your game!
Rules
You must make your game in Game Maker 6 or 7 (can be registered and unregistered).
You can’t take other material , only if the creator allows you but you must put his name in the credits.
You must submit your game before the end of the deadline. Submit it here (in my blog as a post) or on the GMC by PMing me.
You must follow the theme.
Your game must not have been started before the begining of this competition.
You can work in a group but must credit everybody who worked on the game.
You must not beg me to put your game to first place or something like that.
If you don’t follow these rules your game won’t be judged.
And please first tell me you’re a contestant and then make your game!
Judge
I am the judge for all games.
The games will be judged as following:
Gameplay: Max 10 points
Graphics: Max 10 points
Music and sounds: Max 10 points
Story: Max 10 points
Overall: Max 20 points
Bonus: Max 10 points
The normal maximum score is 50/50 but if there is a tie I will deal the bonus points so that we can select the winners.
Prizes
1st place: I will make a web-site for the game. You will choose the theme. A download , tittle , logo , description , review and a first place banner and an extra page about you. (NOT A PROFESSIONAL DOMAIN) And uploaded on my web-site.
2nd place: I will make a web-site for the game. You will choose the theme. A download , tittle , logo , description , review and second place banner. (NOT A PROFESSIONAL DOMAIN) And uploaded on my web-site.

I have started a new project for which I had the idea 5 months ago or so!
The game’s name is: Shwald! Shwald is a hero who saves the world from Shwold who plans to destroy it!
Shwald also has a coward brother called Shwild. The game is an adventure RPG but it’s not as I planed before (before I planed it to be a platform adventure).
I’ll let you see my WIPs and BETAs as soon as I can release them.
